We will go through in detail the whole process of making the rib structure. From preparing the blocks, thicknessing the ribs, bending and gluing them in.

Bending the linings and finally getting the ribs flat to the corect height. During the entire course I will show you how to do everything using only hand tools as well as using some machinery like a band saw and a drill press.

I never use routers or any high speed tools, as I sense that it might detroy the cell sturcture of the wood.
